Client Service Specialist

Job description: We are looking for a passionate and hardworking Client Service Specialist to join our team at Goodyear Tire & Rubber in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a client service or customer service role. Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded- Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute client requests- Prepare and deliver client presentations to showcase our products and services- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to increase revenue- Assist with resolving any client issues or disputes that may arise Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a client service or customer service role- Passionate about providing excellent service to clients- Hardworking with a strong work ethic- Excellent presentation skills- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Benefits:- Paid Time Off (PTO)- Profit sharing opportunities- Joining bonus for new hires Working environment:At Goodyear Tire & Rubber, we encourage autonomy and independence, trusting our employees to excel in their roles.
