Our team of office staff and support workers provide home based support to help people live the way they want to, in the home and in the community.We are looking for a Client Services Manager (CSM) for our Canterbury region reporting to the General Manager and working alongside the other regional CSM's and the Senior Coordinator.The CSM role focuses on effective referral management and client services e.g. anything that supports the client/person to have excellence in services and support from us, meeting their individual needs as best we can.The CSM role includes things like:visiting clients in their homesmanaging all relevant incidents / accidents / feedbacksupporting the quality team with audit requirementsmeeting funders / community providersworking with the Senior Coordinator and team to ensure best selection of staffactively supporting our most vulnerable and complex clientsreport writingliaising with the wider inter-disciplinary teampresenting ....The referral management team will report to this role (1 - 2 people).This is part of the management team, is based in our Christchurch office and reports to the General Manager.If you:are compassionatehave service leadership experienceare committed to best practice and excellence in customer servicewant to ensure others are treated with dignity and respecthave experience in managing services including complaints, compliments, incidents/accidentslike being part of a dynamic, growing and busy environmenthave proven experience that matches this type of role.... then please apply.Apply Now - or -#J-18808-Ljbffr
