Job Description:
Devon Energy is seeking a motivated and proactive Client Service Assistant to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As an Associate level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role. The ideal candidate will be independent, energetic, and possess excellent planning and creativity skills.
Responsibilities:- Manage client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses- Assist in the preparation and delivery of client presentations- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Identify opportunities for improvement in client service processes- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- 3+ years of experience in a client service or customer service role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
