About the role
Toll Global Forwarding have an exciting opportunity for a Client Relationship Manager to join our Mangere based team.
In this role, you will take responsibility and ownership for building sustainable and strategic relationships between Toll Global Forwarding and the customer, in delivering a seamless and professional service that meets and exceeds the expectations of the customer.
To be successful in this role, you will show a proven ability in driving growth, innovation and maximizing value to both Toll and our clients.
As the Client Relationship Manager, you will:
Excel with information management to ensure clients have visibility in all aspects of their supply chain
Build strong relationships and regularly visit clients within your allocated portfolio
Prepare and oversee client implementation plans and processes
Understand each clients trade lane and service profile
Conduct monthly/quarterly reviews per client, per mode and per trade lane
Support, encourage and drive client services & operational teams to deliver value to all stakeholders

About you:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Knowledge of sales processes to develop opportunities
Global forwarding operations & market knowledge
Experience dealing with customers, with a strong service ethic
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
