dunnhumby is looking for a talentedClient Manager!

You will own and develop the relationship with assigned retail client(s), to develop, deliver and manage a dunnhumby client plan that delivers recognisable value, client satisfaction and return on investment, and to achieve our revenue goals with assigned client(s).

What you'll be doing:
Develops the strategy and tactics for their assigned client(s)*.
Owns the commercial relationship with assigned retail clients and executes a client relationship strategy that defines which issues to focus on, which opportunities to pursue and which client individuals to invest in. Travels to the client offices as required in order to fulfil this accountability.*
Acts as a trusted advisor to the client and inspires a change around putting the customer first. Provides expertise, identifying what the client needs and areas of value that dunnhumby capabilities can help with.
Sets ambitious stretch goals and a clear client vision and roadmap, ensuring the work plan is in line with client needs. Collaborates relentlessly across the team, including I&T / Capability, in order to create a ‘joined up’ approach for the client and to deliver against an integrated overall client plan / roadmap.*
Leads the client-facing dunnhumby team in executing the ongoing strategy, plan and tactics for the client, motivating the team to ensure consistent delivery of the Client Promises and a clear Customer Strategy.*
Ensures their clients are fully trained on dunnhumby products and solutions as required – either delivering the training themselves or through Regional Education Associates (if in place).
Ensures the client’s expectations are met, captures the value created for Client’s Shoppers through the creation of case studies on every project and advocates best practice sharing between dunnhumby teams.
Delivers against revenue targets for the assigned client(s) and converts future revenue opportunities for each client by delivering client value through extensions and new areas of work.
Undertakes contract negotiations and ensures company profit requirements are being met.*
Supports new business proposals within assigned client(s) and also for other clients as required, and travels to support new business pitches as required.
*Where there is also a Client Director on their client the Client Director would lead on the asterixed accountabilities and the Client Manager would support them as required.
