About the Role This position is a Client Lead (Account Management) role. You will be responsible for managing the relationships for a portfolio of corporate customers. You will work with a team to build strategic sales plans; strong customer relationships; develop pipeline; and successfully achieve sales targets. You will support your customers to Win Big in a Digital World. This will be enabled by your passion for digital transformation and your relentless desire to understand your customer's business and needs. Day to day you will: Be the key point of contact for your customers Understand your customers business and the challenges affecting their industry worldwide Lead face to face monthly and quarterly meetings with a range of technology leaders in your customer base Identify opportunities for customer growth and retention Manage a sales pipeline within our CRM system to achieve and exceed targets Work with a team to build, promote and pitch end-to-end business outcomes Work with your team to build and execute strategic account and portfolio plans With the support of your team, you will ensure customer issues are managed and resolved What we need from you: It is our culture which makes Spark such a great place to work so we will be looking for individuals that contribute to that.
