Along with our Client Manager and Senior Client Advisors, you will provide advice and help our customers manage their family assets, wills, PPPR/PA, estates and trusts in order to plan for their future.In this varied role, the Client Advisor will deal with customer's face to face, work on files and provide administrative support to the wider team.This is a unique opportunity that requires someone with a high level of empathy, commercial acumen and exceptional interpersonal skills in working with our customers.This role can be based at either Greenlane in Auckland or Wellington CBD.What we need from youPrevious experience as a Trustee or Legal Executive would be ideal ORExperience in a trusts, legal, banking, finance or insurance roleExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work in emotionally sensitive settingsExposure to basic accounting concepts would be advantageousWhat we can offerPublic Trust are taking the lead on educating New Zealanders on the importance of planning for their future.
