Cleaner

Cleaner position available starting immediately in our relaxed friendly lodge! You will need to be fit and energetic. We are currently looking for a new traveller to help us keep our lodge nice and tidy. The job is 6 days a week for 2 hours a day, Total 12 per week. You will be changing bed linen, cleaning bedrooms, toilets and showers, and also cleaning the kitchen and the lounge.To meet NZ employment laws this will be a paid position of 10 hours per week & you will require a valid Working Holiday Visa & have an IRD number. This is a live in position with accommodation provided in our staff dorm with normal prices deducted from your weekly pay. This is the equivalent of the previous “Work for Accommodation” scheme.We have a relaxed homely hostel, on the cbd fringe, set in nature, with river walks and the city park and free zoo nearby. A free herb garden, guest bikes and unlimited wifi. We ask for a 2 week commitment,you can stay longer if you wish, as many do.
