Looking for an awesome, friendly person or two people - 2 weeks (or longer) in beautiful Whitianga!!!If you are interested in FREE shared accommodation, FREE unlimited wifi and FREE breakfast every morning, working with us at Turtle Cove Accommodation would be for you! Only 2 hours of work a day (from 10am – 12 midday) for 6 days a week which means you get afternoons and a day off to explore the wonderful attractions nearby and to do your washing (for FREE).We are a family owned backpacker located in the middle of beautiful Whitianga between the town centre and supermarkets. Close to shops, restaurants, cinema, ferry, water activities and beach. All within walking distance.We require friendly, happy people to help keep our backpacker spotlessly clean. Please stay for a minimum of 2 weeks (you will want to stay longer) and work 12 hrs per week.Technicalities: Under the new Government rules this is a paid job, working 12 hours per week, (@ $17.70+8% holiday pay) so you must already hold a valid Working Holiday Visa and have an IRD number. This is a live in position staying in a shared 4 bed cabin and your accommodation and expenses (e.g. accommodation in a 4 bed cabin, lite breakfast daily, 1 use of washing machine weekly and unlimited wifi.) are $230.87 per week which will be deducted from your weekly pay which is the equivalent of the old rule working for accommodation, so you will not receive a wage, but you will not be out of pocket.Looking forward to hearing from you:)
