Class 5 Driver/Customer Service Sales

Galvanising Hawkes Bay is seeking another Class 5 Driver to add to our team.This is a People person role, who has great customer service skills.You will have confidence and experience driving Class 5 with good maneuvering and backing skills to get to our customers.Understand the rules and regulations regarding heavy vehicle driving, completing logbooks and taking responsibility for the vehicle.The role is to pick up our customer's product, advise them about our processes and return it to them Hot Dip Galvanised.It is very much a team environment in providing service to our customers.OverviewThe job is to load/unload and deliver jobs to various clients. Good knowledge of loading structural steel is required for this. Generally you will cover the same route each week, however, there may be times when you need to travel to a different location. You will be working closely with the Operations Coordinator, Supervisors, and Yardmen.
The ability to communicate clearly and manage customer interactions is essential.Remuneration will be dependent on the applicant, however, we will pay good rates to the right person.The Trucks are well equipped with provision to make the driving easier.
