Class 5 Driver

TIL Freighting Ltd encompasses the well-established and highly respected TNL, and Hookers Pacific. Through these brands individual expertise and experience, we assist in a variety of industry sectors including; FMCG, Viticulture, Aquaculture, Retail, Oil and Gas, Export Meat, Construction Products, Wood Products, Container cartage as well as General Freight.
The size and capacity of our fleet allows us to transport almost anything, anywhere in New Zealand and to continue doing that, we need you!
We are looking for professional Class 5 Drivers to join our Invercargill team.
This role offers you the opportunity to be part of a well established and growing nationwide company.
The successful applicant will ideally have:
A clean Class 5 licence
A positive attitude
DG licence, F and OSH forklift endorsement would be an advantage but training towards gaining these would be available to the right person
Experience and knowledge of the NZ Transport Industry
Good geographical knowledge of the region and New Zealand
A friendly personality, able to communicate well with our customers and staff
A proactive approach and responsibility towards the Health & Safety of yourself and others
The ability to embrace new, industry-related IT technology within a modern fleet environment
The ability to be team player with a “can do” attitude
Flexibility to meet the demands of the operation
Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing will be required for the successful applicant.
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
