With endless opportunities for growth, we're dedicated to investing in our people and supporting their success.About the role:We are looking for an experienced store person / delivery driver for our busy site.Hours will be approximately 7am-8.30am start with a finish 4.30-5pm minimum of 40 hrs with a possibility of some overtime once trained, which is paid at time and half!The role involves deliveries of our Steel & Aluminium products out to clients in our small delivery truck (full class 2 licence required), including a twice weekly run into Central Otago.No two days are the same and the deliveries vary day to day - week to week.You will also be assisting with general stores duties - picking and packing of orders, receipting of stock and generating packing slips etc.This position is fulltime permanent, and the successful candidate will be based from our hybrid Vulcan site in Mosgiel.You will ideally have the following:Forklift licence with great experienceExperience picking and receipting stockGood level of physical fitness – this is a physical jobGood attention to detailAbility to work overtime when requiredTeam playerGood sense of humourMinimum full class 2 drivers' licenceReliable (absolute key in this small team)Intermediate level of computer skillsFace to face customer service experienceWe are committed to health and safety in our organisation.
