Class 2 And 4 Drivers - Taupo

Our Taupo team is looking for Class 2 and 4 Drivers to join our team on a full-time basis working Monday to Saturday.Working as part of a close-knit team, you will:Enjoy a thriving industry with stability and the opportunity to be cross-trained on our trucksBe fully trained to operate safely our range of industry-specific trucks to collect refuse and deliver and remove bins to/from our valued customers.Take responsibility for completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining the vehicle to a high standardEnjoy a positive team environment, supportive managers, and regular team catch-upsYou'll comply with high levels of health & safety to keep yourself and the public safe at all times.We have great support networks and provide full on the job training & support and offer stable and long-term career opportunities.The ideal candidates for these roles will:hold a clean Class 4 licence and can drive manualhave a minimum 6 months of proven truck driving experience in a professional rolePass our internal Driver Trainer assessments on an annual basisConfidently know the geographical area around Taupohave good level of physical fitness and sound understanding of Health & Safety and NZTA's Worktime and Logbook requirementshave NZ citizenship, residence or open work visa and be in NZ at the time of their applicationThe successful applicant will be required to undertake a Pre-Employment Health Assessment (including drug test) and complete a satisfactory Ministry of Justice criminal records check.If you wish to apply for this position, please click apply now to submit your updated CV.Enviro NZ is focused on making it easier for New Zealanders to shift to a more sustainable way of life.
