Class 2/4 Truck Driver - Wellington

Metro Performance Glass is New Zealand's leading supplier of glass to the building industry; we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and service, focusing on our customers' needs and our ability to lead the market.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable truck driver who has good knowledge of the Wellington and wider Lower North Island to join our team in a full time role at our site in Grenada North, Wellington.
Responsibilities and Duties
To be considered for this role you will need to following:
A solid driving track record - Clean and current Class 2 or Class 4 license
Flexibility to work between 2.30am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday - rotating shift
Be well presented and have excellent communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Our drivers play an integral part of our business as they are responsible for not only the delivery of our products, they also load and unload their trucks ensuring our product arrives on time and in excellent condition.
Qualifications and Skills
As the nature of the role requires the handling of glass and heavy lifting, you will need to be physically fit. You must also be flexible in your hours of work and willing to work overtime.
