They provide unwavering support and empathy to customers during their most challenging moments, all while working tirelessly to help them regain control of their lives.What you'll do Be the primary point of contact for customers who have experienced loss or damage to their property, and pro-actively provide progress updates as to claim progressionProvide case management; maintain a portfolio of new and existing home claimsCost management through liaising with assessors and external vendorsAdvise customers of their policy entitlements and explain the claims and repair processes as requiredMeeting Key Results metrics, which are in line with overall business objectives Have quality conversations with our customers to explain the claims process, claim outcomes and offer support throughout the claim life. What you'll bring Ability to demonstrate compassion and empathy for the customer.Strong commitment and a high degree of integrity to help meet and exceed customer expectations.Excellent verbal communication skills – listen, build rapport, communicate complex issues.Proficient computer skills including professional email writing and data accuracy.Time management skills and a strong attention to detail.Adaptable and responsive to a continuously changing environment.To be resilient and have an ability to positively manage difficult situations.
