You'll be ensuring projects are completed within time and budget constraints, managing contractors, preparing resource consents and report writing. Civil Design will be a key element of this role including earthworks, roading, drainage, water supply and storm water quality.In addition to the technical side, you will have a natural flair for leadership. This role will guide the development and direction of the team and lead the development of new business opportunities.To be successful in this role, you will need the following attributes and skills:BE Civil with CPENGA minimum of 6 years experience within New ZealandExperienced in designing both residential and commercial/industrial developmentsProven leadership skillsHighly experienced in Civil Design and project managementEffective relationship building and conflict resolution skillsIn addition to the above, you'll be a driven and results focused individual with initiative and the ability to work under pressure. You're an effective communicator and have excellent numerical reasoning and analytical skills. Excellent computer skills are essential and experience with 12d or Civil 3D would be a distinct advantage.
