Civil Engineer

This role will see the successful candidate involved in land development, stormwater and effluent drainage design, preparation of land-use/resource consent and civil/infrastructure design for land and building development. In addition, you will coordinate and interact with contractors and developers and carry out site inspections.
Necessary attributes include:
Tertiary qualified and working towards CPEng
2 years plus experience land development or civil infrastructure design experience
A firm grasp of New Zealand standards
Strong computer skills especially with Civil 3D, AutoCAD or 12D
A member of IPENZ preferably or another internationally recognised professional body
In addition, you will be self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and strong initiative. The ability to work as part of a team, make timely decisions and use sound analytical and judgement skills will set you in good stead, as will being an effective multi-tasker.

The successful applicant will need to be a New Zealand citizen or have permanent residency.
