Chilled Foods Buyer/Floor Manager

New World Green Bay is looking for an experienced person who will be responsible for assisting in the procurement of products, both day to day and promotional items at the best possible price, while maintaining manageable stock levels and minimising out of stocks. You will also be required to manage the Team.We are looking for someone with:
Experience buying in a supermarket environment; experience in SAP buyingStrong business acumen, excellent maths skills, demonstrates the art of negotiation plus be able to build rapport with reps
Excellent time management skills, be flexible in hoursCapable to manage reports, stock levels and trouble shoot when requiredReliability, and a high degree of self-motivation, the ability to motivate othersStrong leadership and communication skills and be team focusedBe customer focused
Dry Goods or Chilled Foods supervisory experienceExact days and hours will be discussed with the shortlisted candidates.
