Chief Technology Officer/Senior Backend Developer

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Motivate and develop the team, managing their workflow and output
Build fast & well tested APIs in NodeJS
Work with third party vendors to implement the best systems for our platform
Put in place best practice processes for our systems administrators

Well-developed management skills, with the ability to motivate the team
Strong technical expertise with NodeJS, Docker, PHP (Symfony) and AWS
Fluent in JavaScript (particularly ES6) with strong MVC skills
E-commerce and B2C experience
Experience with large-scale web applications and high-traffic websites is essential
Strong attention-to-detail with the flexibility and resilience to meet tight deadlines
