To help us deliver on our vision, we are looking for an exceptional CFO to join our team in Hawke's Bay.About The RoleReporting to the CEO, you will lead our Finance function, overseeing all aspects of financial governance, reporting, and forecasting, ensuring compliance, and driving system and process improvements.
You'll work closely with the executive team to provide critical financial insights and recommendations, enabling Fingermark to achieve its ambitious goals.As CFO, you'll manage the Finance team, growing a high-performing culture by providing leadership, coaching, and clear direction.
This role will see you engaging with external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and financial advisors, while maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory standards.This is a permanent, full-time position based in Hawke's Bay.About YouIdeally, your experience and background will align with the majority of the following:Proven track record of executive leadership in Finance, preferably in the Tech sectorExperience in a global business, across various countries and currenciesAbility to collaborate and influence cross-functionally and globally to gather, summarise, and disseminate financial data and recommendationsSound technical understanding of management accounting, financial reporting and interpretation of financial reportsStrong analytical capabilities and demonstrable report writing skillsKnowledge of legislative responsibilities from both a finance and operational perspectiveAdvanced MS Excel skills and ERP systems experience; knowledge of Netsuite will be a plus.Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related disciplineCA qualificationWhy join us?This is an exciting time to join the Fingermark team.
