Chief Financial Officer

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Reporting to the founder and CEO, you will play the crucial role of leading their finance systems, reporting, compliance, cashflow and treasury functions. But you will also be hands-on, as you will manage a very small, effective finance team to ensure provision of accurate and timely management and compliance information. You will be a key contributor in the leadership team, whilst also being visible at Board level.

An understanding of primary industry variables, and global / export markets whilst desirable is not essential. An appetite to be part of a growth story is important here. Commercial awareness and the ability to drive finance and business efficiencies, and experience in managing relationships with external providers and business partners is essential. You must be qualified and be able to prove ability and expertise in cashflow management, compliance, financial management, cost and production performance modelling and systems and process improvement.
