Comrad is evolving too; we have embraced a culture of innovation that thrives on partnership with our customers to help them achieve the best possible patient and business outcomes.We are looking for an experienced Chief Customer and Product Officer to expand our existing team.About the role:As the Chief Customer and Product Officer (CXPO), you are a key member of the senior leadership team responsible for driving a customer-focused product strategy and ensuring continuous innovation.
You will oversee both customer experience and product management functions, addressing our customers' product needs that will drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
In addition, the CXPO will lead the Sales and Marketing team whilst maintaining a cross-functional relationship with technology and operations to ensure Comrad offerings exceed market expectations and deliver value.
You will be responsible for:Developing, supporting, and executing the company's product, customer experience, sales, and marketing strategies.Strategically leading the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure customer engagement is embedded into decision-making and product development processes.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and prospects, understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions through design and demonstrations.Leading the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure product positioning, pre-sales, go-to-market strategies, and messaging are effectively executed.About you:5+ years of leadership experience in product management and customer experience, encompassing Sales and Marketing.Experience driving growth through strategic alignment of product, customer experience, delivery, sales, and marketing functions.Demonstrated ability to develop and execute customer-centric strategies that improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.Experience in B2B and B2C environments is preferred.Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market analysis, and go-to-market strategies.Experience in CRM and CX tools, digital marketing, analytics platforms, and data-driven decision-making (preferable).Ability to leverage customer insights, data, and market trends to inform product development and optimize marketing and sales strategies.Visionary leader with a strong strategic and commercial mindset and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively across all levels of the organization.Collaborative and adaptable approach, with a proven track record of building strong cross-functional relationships.We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including those currently working with competitors, within the broader radiology, or within the customer base.
