Chef - Part Time - Newmarket

We are currently seeking an energetic chef to run the kitchen operations in Newmarket; So Come and Join our Army!
New Owners of an old existing Irish pub in Newmarket, looking for chefs of all experience, that are willing and able to help us revive and take this gaff to the next level, we have a lot of exciting ventures planed going forward, such as a brewery onsite and new function rooms, great new out door garden, great new menu.The desired skills and attributes for this position are: Good communication, leadership and teamwork skills. Can demonstrate high standards of customer service. Is able to work within a team and lead a team. Has an understanding of Health & Safety, Food Safety and Hygiene standards.
We are situated in Auckland Newmarket and we are a seven day Irish Bar operation. The applicant needs to be: Great skill and creativity in her/His profession Strong stock management and cost control skills Minimum two years experience at a similar environment A friendly and optimistic attitude towards work and co-workers Willing to commit to working throughout 2019 and early 2020 Willing to work both weekend and weekdays Be able to stay focused and calm in a busy and high-pressure environment.
