· Prepare and cook traditional Turkish dishes.
· Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen and cooking area.
· Oversee the cooking process to ensure food quality standards are met.
· Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene.
· Monitor inventory and coordinate with management for ingredient sourcing, ensuring fresh and high-quality supplies.
