Chef

Cafà Turquiose is an authentic Turkish Cafà and Kebab Restaurant in New Plymouth. We offer our customers a great food experience in Turkish and Mediterranean cuisine, 7 days a week. We will employ an experienced chef to complete our hardworking team. The kitchen is open from 9 am to 9 pm and you will be rostered accordingly.     You would have - At least 3 years' experience as a chef in Turkish cuisine - Preferably be able to prepare and bake Turkish bread, debone lamb leg for our special kebabs - High standard of personal hygiene and presentation. - Ability to work in a small, high paced and vast volume environment. - Punctual, organised & capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail. - Experience with health & safety laws and keeping records for quality control. - Able to work holidays, evenings and weekends - New Zealanders or with a visa allowing to work for us   What we are offering - Full time permanent employment - Minimum of 30 hours/week guaranteed - Pay rate: $27-$30/h depending on experience - A friendly environment
