Right now, we are looking for a Cafe Chef to join our team to help us along with our ongoing journey to success.
We are an established, styley and vibrant cafe right here in Frankton Queenstown and we are serious about our upmarket Cafe menus and Delicatessen salads & quick fire fare choices.
We are open 8am-4.30pm each day.
You:..
*Will need to be residing in the area
*A sense of pride and a real foodie at heart
*Should have Chef or commercial food experience
The hours:...
*5 day shifts per week, including weekends (no split shifts!!)
*Hours are typically 6.30am till 3-5pm
General Responsibilities:....
*Commit to a long term placing with our Foxy crew....
*Kitchen operation with its daily systems, procedures & tasks
*Promoting new ideas and food themes
*Prepare, cook, present your products to a premium standard
*Organisation of prep & deli lists to ensure efficient ordering and prep service levels
*Complete daily work requirements in a timely and efficient manner
*Maintain and clean kitchen plant and equipment and safe operation
*Safe and efficient food handling procedures and systems
