The restaurant at French Farm Winery has taken a huge leap forward with the arrival of our Michelin trained chef, BJ Sebastian.
Situated about 18 minutes from Akaroa on the Banks Peninsula, French Farm Winery is an iconic venue and has taken a huge leap forward with the arrival of our Michelin trained chef, BJ Sebastian.
The response to BJ's food has been overwhelming and we need a chef de partie/sous chef to assist BJ in producing the most incredible dishes.
If you have had at least five years experience as a chef including at least three years as a chef de partie or higher you will find this a wonderful opportunity to grow your experience, your skills and in particular learn how to make the most wonderful dishes.
The hours are 30 to 40 at present but will rapidly grow and from Boxing Day onwards we will be open seven days a week for lunch and at least three days a week for dinner.
We also do functions and weddings which add to the hours and the experience.
