We are looking for a great Chef De Partie to join our team
Our CDPs are an important part of our kitchen team, working with the Head Chef, kitchen, and Front of House teams to deliver great hospitality and experiences to our guests and the team.
Our CDPs are passionate about their craft and all aspects of delivering excellent plates of food.
They are responsible for all aspects of their section, delivering a high-quality and innovative standard of food across the restaurant, functions, and other food outlets, while maintaining a high level of profitability.
Working hard within the team, our CDPs deliver consistent standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and food service, and are engaged and motivated members of the team.
They may work on any section in the kitchen, deliver a function meal, or host a private party.
Their day begins with setting up their station and ends with cleaning everything down.
Compensation and Benefits
We pay a fair wage, with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates at a minimum.
Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave – with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
