Chef De Partie

The candidate will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the kitchen operation with the Head Chef and the Sous Chef, as well as assisting and motivating the kitchen team in an iconic pub.
Important characteristics of the roll are:
- Strong communication skills with all staff and a genuine passion for food.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic/ fast paced kitchen and having the ability to multitask.
- Working in a strong team environment .
Your roll and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Food preparation and plate presentation
- Fulfilling patrons requests
- Stock control
- Kitchen maintenance and cleanliness
- Preparing and storing food in compliance with food safety regulations
Experience in preparing and cooking with fresh pasta, quality beef, artisan bread and fresh seafood is beneficial.
