Situated within New Zealands oldest national park, our client is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to relocate to the adventure capital of the north.

The complex is surrounded by mountain peaks, picturesque all year round. A Chef de Partie with a passion for the outdoors will have access to hiking the Tongariro Alpine Crossing or hitting the slopes of Whakapapa and Turoa ski fields right at their front door step.

About the role:
Our client is after a full time Chef de Partie to join the team. You will be expected to work across all five kitchen outlets ranging from fine dining, a la carte, buffet and cafeteria style food. The role will suit an individual who is adaptable to different working environments and enjoy being part of a close-knit team, thriving in a kitchen where no day will be the same.

You will need to have:
Competence to manage your own section to a high standard
Diverse range of skills to deliver different food offerings
Team player with the ability to work under pressure

Competitive hourly rate $21 - 23 per hour (accomodation and meals paid for)
On site accomodation and meals supplied, unfortunately families cannot be accomodated
