To succeed in these roles, you must be motivated and lead by example, keeping the kitchen clean, preparing foods properly, and cooperating with your management and peers alike.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Work efficiently as part the team and follow the chain of command
Be able to identify quality in food
Able to follow recipes
Read dockets in the kitchen
Ensure consistency of produce
Compliance with food labelling and temperature controls
Continually strive to achieve personal goals and objectives
Supervise service section ensuring presentation of food is compliant with Restaurant standards
