Chef

We are looking for someone who loves cooking, and being a chef.
The existing team are very experienced and have established a great reputation for the Cafe, so anyone joining the team MUST commit to these standards.
The Cafe is best known as a brunch spot but has a range of food through breakfast and lunch, and dinner service in Summer months.
Expect to work mostly day shifts throughout the year.
Applicants must be hard working and flexible to be able to work weekends, and commit to working as a team.
Experience working in a similar fast paced upmarket Cafe/Restaurant is preferred, and ideally experience in many different cuisines including Asian influenced food.
The ability to multi task whilst remaining calm under pressure is important in this team.
Applicants must have high standards and pride in their work.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene is vital.
Ideally we would expect a minimum of 5 years kitchen experience.
