Chef for a Winery RestaurantCarrick is a renowned lunch-time Winery Restaurant based in Bannockburn Central Otago.We have an amazing opportunity for a Chef wanting a work/life balance. Cooking a contemporary menu using seasonal & local produce to complement the vineyards wines. We are looking for a hardworking & motivated person to join our kitchen team for the busy summer season. The successful candidate will have excellent technical and communication skills, share our passion for food and enjoy working as part of a team. He/she will have at least three years’ experience in the kitchen. This is a fixed term position from November until mid-April.Duties include : Preparing, cooking, making desserts and presenting dishes.
