We are looking for a dynamic person who is ready to hit the floor running to help lead an enthusiastic team of Checkout operators. You will work alongside experienced Supervisors, to provide customers their best experience. Knowledge of Checkout operation is essential.
The primary role of the Checkout Supervisor is to supervise checkout staff on a day-to-day basis and to perform the Checkout Manager’s duties in their absence, assisting to maximise sales and achieve specified profit margins.
If you have drive and ambition and possess the following attributes, we would love to hear from you:
FMCG, food retail or fresh food experience
Checkout or customer service experience
Physically fit and able to fulfil the requirements of the role
Managers Certificate
Drivers License
Team Leadership skills
High Standard of Customer service skills
SAP knowledge is advantageous
Good maths skills
Computer literate
Supervisory experience
Good command of written and spoken English
