Following the retirement of our long-serving Paediatric Charge Nurse Manager, we are looking for our next CNM to work alongside and lead a team of dedicated paediatric nurses at Nelson Hospital.

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated and culturally competent paediatric/youth nurse, with advanced clinical knowledge and expertise, and proven leadership experience to deliver acute inpatient, outpatient and community outreach services to children and youth. Of particular focus will be family-centered, culturally appropriate and safe care delivery, along with workforce management and quality improvement.
You will have a strong record of transformational leadership, clinical mentorship, effective change management and a commitment to excellence in caring for children and youth in collaboration with other services and MDTs. You will be part of an effective team developing and leading models of care, process, policy and guidelines relating to this client group.
