About the role
As Chapter Lead for Salesforce.com you will serve as the technology leader for the Salesforce stack and the management of the team that supports this stack
We have a strong collaborative team which gets stuck in to meet our goals and as Chapter Lead you will have end to end accountability.
SKILLS:
Understanding of IT development processes and languages, with formal qualifications and / or Salesforce.com certification being preferred
Ability to lead and deliver projects end to end
Commercial acumen and understanding of Salesforce.com license
Good communication skills across multiple levels of the business
Great problem solver

EXPERIENCE:
Must have experience in the capacity of Architect in design & delivery of technical solutions
Proven experience with Salesforce.com implementation
Experience with Lightning UI
Experience with Sales & Service cloud
Exposure to Agile processes preferred
