The Change Portfolio Lead acts as a partner to the business by providing thought leadership and enables the value of change management to senior stakeholders.
Reporting to the Manager Change Enablement, you'll work with senior stakeholders and other change partners to enable the successful delivery and sustainability of a portfolio of change initiatives across the organisation. You'll identify opportunities for the team to support all change initiatives and influence enabling functions in collaboration with other Change Portfolio Leads to ensure ACC are providing a seamless end to end change journey for our people.
You'll also provide a portfolio view of change and work with colleagues to enable an enterprise perspective of change for ACC as well as support the development of organisational design frameworks and tools.
What you need to be successful:
Significant experience providing organisational design advice to senior stakeholders within a large and complex organisation
Proven ability to communicate, influence and effectively engage with senior leaders across a wide range of professional disciplines to achieve business benefits
Experience in influencing, motivating and leading teams indirectly to achieve desired outcomes
Experience in supporting the implementation of change to help achieve strategic organisational objectives
Ability to articulate a strong point of view while maintaining an enterprise viewpoint and communicating business relevant information in a professional manager
