Join our team to support key technology projects and ensure the successful adoption of upgraded systems and solutions.About the Role:In this role you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of critical system upgrades and enhancements.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to facilitate smooth transitions, mitigate risks, and promote adoption through effective change management strategies.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute change management strategies to support the implementation of new and upgraded systems.Lead change impact assessments to identify risks and create mitigation strategies.Design and deliver tailored training programs for end users.Manage business readiness activities to ensure seamless transitions to updated technologies and processes.Develop stakeholder communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging and engagement.Support parallel operations and cutover planning to minimize disruption to critical operations.Ensure compliance with security and operational standards including encryption and cryptographic key management.Collaborate with operations, IT, and governance teams to ensure system enhancements align with business needs and regulatory requirements.Lead the transition to operations and transition to business operations processes to ensure successful adoption and ongoing efficiency.Oversee business readiness assessments, training evaluations, and performance metrics to measure success.Key Projects you will be Supporting:Technology system refresh, upgrading critical software products and ensuring system integrity.User interface modernization, improving user experience and modernizing outdated technology frameworks.System enhancements, implementing incremental improvements to optimize usability and operational efficiency.About You:Proven experience in change management within technology transformation projects.Strong understanding of complex operational technology environments preferred but not required.Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.Experience in training development and delivery for both technical and non-technical users.Proven ability to manage business readiness activities and lead successful transitions.Knowledge of encryption and security standards is advantageous.Agile mindset with a structured approach to change management.
