Continued growth has seen the need to review the way we work and the need do things differently. As a result we are seeking a Change Leadto join us on a3-year fixed term basisat our Albany based Support Centre.This role will see you leading and supporting a group of Change Managers across a large transformation programme - lifting the change culture and capability while developing innovative, effective change solutions and efficient processes to Mitre 10.
Reporting to the Group Manager Learning & Change, the role will focus on defining, leading and managing the change activities through effective collaboration with the Programme team and wider key stakeholders. You will be involved in:
This role is best suited for someone with prior leadership experience within a large transformation programme, ideally within retail. You will have excellent communication, influencing and leadership skills as well as be PROSCIcertified. Also important in this role will be your detail orientation, excellent organisational and planning skills, along with your ability to engage with various stakeholders. As a key member of this new wave of improvement, you will have a track record in successfully executing projects or key business initiatives.
