As the Change & Adoption Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration and widespread adoption of our digital product portfolio. Your focus will be on developing and executing robust implementation plans that optimise the utilisation of digital tools, maximising operational efficiency, and driving value across the business through the creation and adoption of new service models.Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and digital product capabilitiesDeveloping change impact frameworks to assess the implications of implementing new digital tools on business processesEstablishing mechanisms to monitor user adoption and gather feedback on digital tool usage and functionalityConducting analysis to anticipate potential challenges and proactively address resistance to changeDelivering training sessions and workshops, providing ongoing support and resources to enable users to leverage digital tools effectively What's in it for you?
