School Based Health Nurse (16 hours per week, 40 weeks per year, school term time)Are you a self-motivated, outgoing individual committed to improving the health and wellbeing of young people/rangatahi?Chanel College is looking for a registered Nurse to join our School-Based Health Service.As a School-Based Health Nurse, you will work closely with our Rangatahi, providing assessments, treatment planning, and a range of health and social interventions.
