Cfo Position

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Management of administrative, financial and risk management functions
Contributing to company's 10 year plan
Commercial strategy
Budgeting & forecasting
New IT systems implementation
Cash-flow forecasting
managing banking relationships
Leading a relatively new, high performing team
Ad-hoc project work

You are an experienced CFO with a background in the fast-paced industry of manufacturing or FMCG. You have strong leadership skills and are not afraid to get involved with hands-on tasks.
You can best be described as an entrepreneurial commercially focused CFO; someone who wants to partner with a passionate MD, leadership team and board to continue to take Marisco to the next level. You need to have a strong balance of strategy, operations, leadership and of course the ability to manage the financial security of the business.
Given the level and nature of the role, you will need to be a Qualified Accountant and have the energy and approach that can instal confidence in the Directors that you will take the finance function forward in all areas.
Above all else, we are looking for someone who wants to add real value to this passionate team of individuals and be part of an innovative, growing organisation. The role is Auckland based but will have regular travel to the vineyards and wineries in Blenheim where the finance team, as well as a number of the exec team are based.
