Degree qualified and current Chartered Accountant with CA ANZ
Asset intensive utility / regulated industry experience
Strong technical ability / knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and NZ specific compliance and advisory, tax etc
Very experienced working with CEOs / MDs / board / corporate governance etc
Treasury and risk management
Experience with managing audit and assurance programmes
Experience with financial and ERP systems, including system development and improvements
Internal and external audit
Excellent foresight / forecasting / budgeting / cash flow etc
Problem solving and confidentiality
