Certified Plant Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

In this role, you will be responsible to successfully oversee, manage and maintain the company's operational activities to achieve the plant's planned operational performance, consistent with the company's core strategies, policies, procedures, and processes.

Effective leadership skills including coaching individuals and developing teams
Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
Report and track expenses to reduce costs
Analyze production metrics and data to determine areas to improve
Excellent safety leadership, and commitment to instilling these values in your team
Ability to make decisions, multi-task and work under pressure to deadlines
