Centre Manager

Our wonderful new Centre has just been built and licenced, so we are seeking a passionate and dynamic centre manager for our centre.
As our centre manager, you will support and grow a team of highly experienced teachers who are passionate about providing quality care and education to our tamariki. You will need an ECE teaching qualification, NZ teacher registration and a strong knowledge of current ECE practices and Ministry regulations.
You will be responsible for day-to-day running of the centre, including centre enrolments, developing relationships with whanau and the Franklin community, coaching and mentoring your team and ensuring our excellent standards of education and care are met.
Respectful relationships are at the core of what we do, so we need a teacher who can develop strong connections between tamariki, whanau and our existing kaiako.
