Sick days available from the day you start One week additional leave for 10 years long service recognition About the Role: Lemon Street has strong relationships with the community, and its families.  We are conveniently located in the middle of the CBD.  Our Cook will be stationed in a kitchen that is located in the middle of the centre, allowing lots of interaction with the whole centre and teachers, whanaau and tamariki throughout the day.  An exciting opportunity has come about for a new centre Cook to join our busy team at BestStart Lemon Street. We are searching for someone who can provide fresh, nutritious, and delicious meals for our children each day.  As our Centre Cook you will plan, prepare and cook an appetising and culturally varied menu for the children, including morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea. You'll need to be efficient with your time and have an excellent knowledge of foods that promote good nutrition and healthy eating for our children.  This is a permanent part-time position working 35 hours, Monday-Friday Role requirements: Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence.
