Your role as Central Reservations Manager will be to ensure the efficiently operation and organisation of the Central Reservations team in our Central Auckland Support Office, you will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will have a team of reservation specialists in Auckland and also oversee a remote team of reservation assistants.
Assist Revenue Manager to maximise total revenue to achieve budget & forecast targets
Maintain Hotel Reservations System Infor HMS with accurate data
Liaise with DOSM, Hotel Mangers & Revenue Manager to align sell strategies and activities
Ensure contracted rates are loaded and maintained in the hotel reservations systems.
Maintain & monitor allotments, wholesale & group allocations
Process TA Commissions
Process Airpoints
Manage and encourage the performance and development of the Reservations team
Upskill and motivate the team
Hold regular team meeting and celebrate team success
Lead and inspire team to grow with the team
Attend regular training/education
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of two years experience leading a team in a busy call centre enviroment,
Recent experience in a front office supervisory role
Knowledge of large scale multi site HMS preferable.
Ability to work rostered shifts over 6 days.
An associated diploma/certificate is advantageous
You must be a New Zealand resident or hold a valid work visa with at least 12 months until expiry to apply for this role.
