Ministry of Social DevelopmentCentral Processing Officers – Whangarei
Full Time, Fixed Term / Secondment to 30 June 2021
Our Centralised Processing Hub covers a wide range of administrative tasks. The work we do helps support New Zealanders. As a Processing Officer in our team you will receive comprehensive training. It is an interesting and varied role. You will process Childcare Assistance Applications and Reviews.
This is a great opportunity to start your career with the Ministry of Social Development. We are a large employer and there is opportunity to move into other roles or gain access to further development.
We currently work 37.55 hours per week between 7.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. You will be contracted to work shifts between 6.55am and 10.00pm Monday to Friday and 7.55am to 6.00pm Saturdays. This gives flexibility to work longer hours if our clients need us.
What skills and experience do I need?

We work together and support each other as a team to make a difference. The starting salary is $46,925 per annum. Through annual salary reviews you can earn up $60,727 per annum.
