We are currently looking for passionate, enthusiastic, and customer centric Part Time Catering Associates to join our brilliant team at our Auckland City Hospital. Hours of work are Part Time from 4.30PM to 7.30PM (rostered shifts).
Like a full-service restaurant, our Catering Associates visit patients, take their menu orders via our software (Saffron) appropriate to each patient’s dietary requirements, prepare their trays, provide hot beverages and deliver their snacks and meals. Kitchen cleaning and dish wash duties are also included. You will also be responsible for ensuring all requests are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.To be a success in this role you will need to: Have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service Be a natural people person who is confident interacting with clinical staff and patients Be reliable with an ability to work to tight deadlines Be able to travel to Auckland City Hospital on a regular basis Have strong verbal and written communication skills Be comfortable entering information on tablets Be available to work from 4.30PM to 7.30PM This role is subject to clearance from the NZ Police and Pre-Employment medical checks.
