Job Duties & Responsibilities Manage and maintain the faulty returns department. This includes testing of the returned products and occasionally repairing Prepare and ship orders to our customers Keep the stocking area well maintained and tidy Data entry which includes loading products and pricing amendments Assist the Warehouse Manager and other staff where required Key requirements Proficient knowledge of office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Consistently meet deadlines Strong organisational skills Top grade customer service A big passion for the products!
